Enrollment is completed after application, placement or needs assessment where required, program selection, confirmation of an available class, payment, and official enrollment confirmation.
A learner's place in a class is considered confirmed only after the academy has completed the required enrollment process.
Available payment methods may include bank payment, Pay/payment services, Western Union, MoneyGram, and cash, subject to availability and verification.
All payment instructions should be confirmed through an official academy communication channel before payment is made.
Examination fees paid to external testing organizations are separate from Bahar English & AI Academy tuition and are not controlled by the academy.
Because standard group places are limited to approximately 8–10 learners, payments are generally non-refundable after the learner's program has started.
Before a program begins, a learner may contact the academy regarding cancellation or transfer. Requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable terms. Where appropriate, the academy may offer a transfer to another available cohort rather than a monetary refund.
Private, Executive & VIP programs involve individual scheduling and instructor allocation, so their cancellation and transfer conditions may differ and will be communicated before enrollment.
Refund and transfer conditions for TOEFL, IELTS, and Duolingo preparation will be communicated at enrollment.
Students are expected to attend scheduled classes on time and participate actively.
If a learner cannot attend, they should notify the academy through an official communication channel as early as possible.
Make-up classes are not automatically guaranteed for missed group sessions and depend on the applicable program policy.
Learners are expected to complete assessments, assignments, and academic activities honestly.
AI tools may be used where they are specifically provided or permitted by the academy.
Students should not use AI or another person to misrepresent their own academic ability during placement assessments, examinations, or required independent work.
Bahar English & AI Academy provides preparation and training for TOEFL, IELTS, and the Duolingo English Test. The academy does not guarantee a particular score or examination outcome.
A digital certificate may be generated when a learner meets the requirements of an applicable program.
Certificates confirm completion of the relevant Bahar English & AI Academy program. They should not be presented as government accreditation, university accreditation, or third-party examination certification unless such accreditation or partnership has been formally obtained.
